Application

These general terms and conditions apply to the services provided to guests. The services consist in particular of renting the Dorum apartment. In case of doubt, the lessee is a contractual partner of the landlord, even if he or other persons mentioned have ordered the apartment. The landlord undertakes to comply with these conditions and all other regulations. People using the rental are guests within the meaning of the contract.

Conclusion of the contract, prices, general provisions

As a rule, a lease occurs when the landlord accepts the guest’s written or verbal order. The amount shown in the booking confirmation is payable in cash on the first day of rental. It can be agreed that the guest will pay the deposit or the entire amount in advance. However, this requires written notice to the landlord when confirming the booking. Euro (€), Hungarian forint (HUF) and Polish zloty (PLN) are accepted. The prices offered do not include the tourist tax, unless otherwise stated.

Beginning and ending of the lease

The guest has the right to move into the rented rooms from 3:00 p.m. on the agreed day. The landlord has the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of the guest‘s failure to show up by 6 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival, unless a later arrival time has been agreed.

If the guest makes an advance payment, the apartment will be reserved by 12:00 p.m. the next day. If a room is used for the first time before 6 a.m., the previous night counts as the first night. The guest must leave the apartment by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Withdrawal/cancellation of the contract

Without prejudice to the claim for remuneration, the landlord has the right to terminate the contractual relationship at any time and without giving reasons if:

  • the guest does not pay the due payment despite the agreement of a 7-day grace period, if a prepayment or advance payment has been agreed,
  • the contractual partner threatens the proper conduct of business or the safety of the home,
  • the performance of the contract is impossible due to force majeure or other circumstances, for which the apartment is not responsible.

Fees after guest cancellation

  • 0% of the due remuneration up to 14 days before the planned date of arrival,
  • 40% of the due remuneration up to 7 days before the planned date of arrival,
  • 90% of the due remuneration up to 2 days before the planned date of arrival.

Any changes and cancellations must be made in writing.

Extension of stay

The extension of the stay by the guest requires the consent of the landlord.

Other

Regular internet use is free. A malfunction or breakdown of the line is not a reason to reduce the salary.

The entire building is non-smoking.

Pets can only be brought with prior written confirmation by the landlord.

If the imported animals cause damage, the guest is responsible.
